My friend has only had It for a few weeks or so, and she claims It's the best phone she's owned thus far.
That said, she's just an average/light user so the phone's full potential Is not utilized.

Sounds like regular user to me. I'm pretty much the same. Though, I have a cheap(ish) phone and the camera is kinda lacking. What does the s8 advertise as it's strengths?

How Intensive are the games?
Also, are you looking to expand your usability over the next couple of years or so?

The older Galaxy S phones can handle that, even.
