In terms of a Binder alone, If you're on the Windows platform, you can use It's native tool named "IExpress" that can be accessed via the Run menu by entering that name (no quotes).

It does not FUD files, but does bind them without messing their FUD status.

You're welcome.

Rather than documenting a tutorial myself, If you're unsure on It's usage, there's quite a few guides online that are well documented and Illustrated.

My Run menus can't seem to find such an application, nor has my Google search yielded any leads on this mysterious feature. Can you tell me to where the executable file is?

When you enter "IExpress" (no quotes) either In the Run menu or search bar of the start menu, does It come up?

Not in Win7 SP1, what version of Win is this in? I got the systernals package, didn't see it in there either.

Service Packs are Immaterial, so too Is Sysinternals.

IExpress Is native to the Windows platform since Windows 2000. Here's a visual on my Windows 10 OS.
