I've completed over 100 anime, but sorta got bored of it recently. I haven't seen any anime from the past 2 or 3 seasons, any recommendations? I kinda wanna get back to into it

You should watch Guilty Crown. (not from the past few seasons)
If you really want something new, Eromanga-sensei seems to be gaining interest.

If you haven't already, you should watch Akame Ga Kill!
It's absolutely good in my opinion, it's also pretty funny.

Outlaw Star, Samurai Champloo, Fooly Cooly, Gundam, Blue Gender, Starship Troopers, Space Pirate Captain Harlock, Just a few suggestions of things I know personally are good.

I'll recommend you some from recent seasons then:
Boku no Hero Academia, Re:Creators, Konosuba, Youjo Senki, 3-gatsu no Lion, Udon no Kuni no Kiniro Kemari, Mob Psycho 100, Nejimaki Seirei Senki: Tenkyou no Alderamin, Tales of Zestiria the X, Re:Zero, and Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge just to name a few.

If the series is above 7.5ish then it's usually an OK series to watch. Have fun watching!
(I didn't choose one set genre so you might not enjoy a couple on this list, but I would still try them out.)
