I'm not sure why, but any time I look on the Who's Online List, I get eye cancer because of all the particles, not even color..

I think that he means at the bottom of the forum index. Who's online has a lot of sparkles all over it from user's names. Like how your name shows up to the left of your post. Maybe i'm wrong but i think those are the particles referred to
