It happened to me last night, I had x2 of 1 item, I listed one and they both vanished from my inventory. Once I refreshed the other 1 was there again.
Try refreshing your page. (You probably have already lol)
Also another idea: Can we get an option to cancel the market place sale? What if somebody lists an item for less than you, it would be nice to be able to cancel and then add it again at a more competitive price.

That's not the issue, the issue is once someone buys the item what you have multiple of you lose them all.
