Yo, so i've had this in my mind for a while.
So i will quit smoking cigarettes, any ideas or suggestions on how to stay away from it or get my mind of it?
FYI, i've been smoking since i was like 13, so it's almost 9 years of smoking. :fp:

I would recommend finding a hobby to get your mind off of it. Such as cooking, or w/e. Whatever you do, don't let yourself go and think "I'll just have one little smoke, and I'll be fine." because you won't. You'll be right back where you started. Also, this'll probably be the hardest thing you'll ever do in your life, but it'll be good in the long run just remember that.

My uncle had tried quitting for like 8 years and no method really worked for too long. Except for vaping, it's still not great for you but if you use it instead of smoking then eventually you can wean off of it. My uncle hasn't had a cigarette in over 3 years now, he just capes when he really feels like he needs to
