Melted 2.5k lmao - Red_SF - 02-27-2016
The other day i went over to one of the workers house one of my close friends and put a 5k in total in hundred dollar bills for his pay on the barbecue. Now on his barbecue he has another plate that hangs off the side and he hadn't turned it off properly so the cover for the element was just heating up. Long story short i put it on his barbecue in the garage as he was working on his car and went in for a coffee once we came back into the garage just under 2.5k had melted and burnt. I was only able to get half of that back from the bank because i could only manage to find half of the burnt serial numbers.

Because he was in the garage and i just put it on the BBQ, It was in my pocket but yeh i don't really know why i didn't wait until we were inside but hey we all learn from out mistakes :p

I thought you took all of it off already to get the money back from the bank?
We couldn't get all of the parts off if i get a picture it will make more sense. The bills here in NZ are coated in plastic so there is still pink parts that we will need to scrap off with hot water to possibly get it off. There aren't any full 100 bills melted into it anymore. And we only needed the serial numbers.
