I ran out of money on paypal and only have 3 dollars left on it, I want to see if I can actually buy something with it instead of letting it go to waste.

mile: Otherwise you could gamble it (depending on your age), you could buy cheap hosting but it will be pointless without a domain, you could buy a VPS for a month if you can find one that cheap and if you have any use for it.
As for physical items, I don't think there is anything worth buying for that cheap. Don't feel the need to spend it, leave it in your PP you may randomly need $3 one day for something lol

Seems good but i think a lot of people would want to be paid way more than what I have to offer.
