Real talk towards staff of big forums - Cyber - 01-01-2016
Okay, I don't know if it's just me or not, but people complain no matter who becomes staff on big forums. It can be some smoking hot girl and members of a forum will still complain with the casual "it's cause she's a girl" or it could be a less known member and it'll be "it's because he asked for staff' Like I been around forums for a long time and you can never please members of bigger forums when staff positions are given out. This is on FK, HF RF, R***Forums, PF any big forums.

Hallelujah. I've said on plenty of occasions I will step down if people genuinely don't want me here for a good reason.
Most people's reasoning right now is I haven't been here long enough or someone else deserved it more. Then they go on to praise how well I've done?

I don't think most members understand how picking appropriate staff works imo.

Tbh what ever you do as a admin you will get hate for choosing a staff member due to there being 2 groups that hate each other but don't say it, if one is chooses from group 1 80% of group one will congratulate him/her but them 50% of group 2 will tend to start something to make the new staff seem out of position

I don't care how long the user exists on the Forum, how hot she/he is, the point is they need to act how a staff would act.

It's usually just their own biased opinions. They want specific people to become staff, and maybe some times they want to be staff and blame it on the admins for not picking them but hide it at the same time.
