As this forum is growing, I'm wondering if you all will still be responding as frequently to our members and threads as you're doing now.

I mean, as we grow, it'll be harder to respond to users as much as we do now. Of course we'd get busier. But I'll always try my best to assist users and I know for sure I need to reply to some PMs now.

We have a lot of things to do behind the scene so it might become harder for us to respond instantly.
Anyway, we are working hard to bring you the best experience you could get here on Reality.

A lot of stuff happens behind the scenes that members don't see. Most of the day we're working on security/server upgrades/plugin development/upgrades/DDoS protection so it can be very hard to reply to every request instantly.
We've recently made a change to the ModCP which allows us to deal with requests for award requests/ban appeals/suggestions a lot quicker.
As the forum grows we will likely look for more staff as of when/if required. I believe I speak for the entire staff team when I say we enjoy being involved in the community and replying to threads.

I see. Then I respect all of your opinions on the topic. I would love to see the forum grow and still have a big hand helping us as we socialize.
