Does this seem right? - Sophisticated - 12-16-2015

Okay so my girlfriends dad is loaded and he's about to buy a Rolex watch in Tenerife for €10,000

That's about £7,280

This is it

Looks pretty nice. I guess you can find a lot of fakes but I mean, if he's loaded, why would he buy a fake?

Agreed, if he is loaded why not buy directly from rolex.

He's a bit out of fashion and does not really buy a lot of things but he's on holiday and he's gone to a jeweler and I believe its real.

If you google "rolex oyster perpetual datejust" You can find it, Also sometimes Rolex will sell a few watches and after a year or so stop sometimes even less then that. Could be why you can't find it, He should also only but it from Rolex as the market for fake Rolex watches is actually rather big.

Only buy Rolex at Rolex of you don't get the protection.

Only buy Rolex at Rolex of you don't get the protection.

Same kind of price, they are paying, but I wouldn't trust foreign countries.
As stated above the market for fake Rolex is huge.
