I do Power and Hypertrophy training, i focus on the three big things squat, deadlift and bench. Here is my average plan (i mix it up from time to time so my body wont get used to it but its normally the same thing just a different amount of reps/set/slow/fast pace etc. Average week from Monday to Sunday would look like this: Squat,DeadLift, Bench Upper-Body Squat,Bench,Legs Rest DeadLift,Bench,Upper-Body Squat,Legs Rest I will also throw in a full body work out meaning i will train and do everything then the next day i will do Squat, Bench, Legs but the next time i do a full body work out i will do something else like Squat, Bench, Dead Lift. Then the next two days i will rest, i also have rep tests to see how many reps i can do without stopping. Another thing i do to mix it up is a push day and that is normally where i hit my PR's, This week i am doing a body building training with my uncle to see what he does for something new. Also here it is Summer so i wouldn't be bulking winter is normally the time to bulk. Current Personal Records: Bench: 120kg - 264 Pounds Squat: 140kg - 308 Pounds DeadLift: 200kg - 440 Pounds (11-16-2015, 12:35 PM)Distant Wrote: Nice try dude we all know that isn't your real face. I am assuming you're bulking at this moment? -_- you can do a lean cut if you want to maintain as much strength as you need but still have a good aesthetic look. Yeh i think there good records for a 17 year old... I eat dirty no joke :funny: My bench when i first started was 60kg with a 70kg max. I mean today for my dinner (shit dinner tonight lmao i was in a rush) i ate three fish half a plate of wedges with sour cream, cheese and tomato on top, and two cans of spaghetti, after dinner i then ate a whole cheesecake, and right now i'm eating some tuna on toast. Or though i do not diet i do understand the importance of it, but seeing as i'm still young and have a abnormally fast metabolizem rate that i hardly gain a lot of fat. In case your wondering i do use protein powder before my work out and after it. I also might use pre work out and creatine. Just know to get the neccessary proteins in me, enough calories etc. and if I don't eat lots of calories or haven't eaten alot, I sneak in something in between. So yeah, understandable. Having to let go of good things is hard and I just try slowly to progress on that. Best of luck either way. |
