Your build seems pretty good although the 1500 watt power supply is overkill and could end up being bad for your computer in the long run, if you don't believe me then Google it.
I have a similar build but instead have a i5-4690k with a GeForce GTX 980 and only have a 600 watt power supply.

If she has two of those graphics cards she probably needs 1500 watt.
It's always better to have more especially if she has a larger drain, I'd rather not have a graphic intensive game then when they start being stressed (lol not those bad boys, not yet) you don't risk a shortage.
