Wouldn't it be cool if PayPal had like a ATM machine all around the world?
Like regular ATM machines. But instead you put your email/password/and your pin. Pick how much money you take out, and it comes out as real money. Then it logs you out after you get the money.

And the sender gets it in cash.
The sender is your friend.
Now you have 1997$ and now 999$.
