[HOW-TO] Make a picture into a circle - Midnight - 06-23-2015
This is fairly easy as you don't even need PS:

CLICK HERE
1. Import the picture
2. Go to the tab = Edit -> Crop Image
3. Chose whatever shape and click the left corner and drag to the bottom right corner
4. Then click crop
5. The save it

Easier:
Use eclipse tool
Hold shift
Ctrl c
Delete background
Ctrl v
