You need 10 posts. It's just to prevent advertising in signatures, and rep abuse, etc. Once you get 10 posts you will get the member user bar and will have full access.

I'm actually surprised to see you back, after what you said about me on FJ and Skype. But I believe in second chances, so welcome back.

It's fine, I didn't lose any sleep over it. But I'll be honest, my views on you as a person has changed greatly. But it doesn't matter here, I'll let you stay on the site and give you a second chance, as you were help and active on FJ.
