My apartment complex had water shut off for 3 hours and I have class in 20-30 minutes. What am I supposed to do without water? How do I practice my morning rituals? I don't want to go to class without cleaning up!! I'll feel dirty!! I'll feel like @m0dem
I'll bet he doesn't shower.
Why is this something they felt like they needed to do at 9:00-11:00 AM in the morning? Did they not realize this is when university students wake up for class?
Not only is this inconvenient, it's truly an unprofessional consideration of time.

They put out a notice yesterday, but I wasn't home yesterday and they didn't tell us why. This is the third time this week though.
