It's been Xubuntu the better part of the last decade, but im taking a liking to Mac OS X. It's just not as configurable.

Windows 10 is nice feature-wise but muh privacy. I'd say Arch Linux is really up there. For servers, my tool of choice is Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Server. Can't beat its ease of use and stability.
