Hello,
I wanted to start a discussion on alcohol.
As you may know alcohol is a big part of life.
People drink it when going out and it (almost always) brings fun.
When I was younger I used to drink a lot. I didn't really care what the time or place was, as long as it was alcohol because that is what I enjoyed.
Now I became seriously about bodybuilding (gotta get shredded!) and haven't drank for over a year. When partying or going out I tell them that I don't drink, I usually stick with Coke Cola. Fortunately my friends understand (Just gotta flex them biceps :bicep: ).
Btw; do you know how fucking expensive alcohol is? I could buy myself a shitload of food for that! :bluedog:
I'm not saying I will never drink but I prefer to keep it to special occasions rather then just drinking. tl;dr I changed the way I threat

Now my question to you is, how do you see alcohol? And do you drink it?

I don't really enjoy it anymore since I started bodybuilding. With my show I'm attempting to do next year I just try to avoid alcohol. Usually if I drink I feel like crap for days and miss my work outs so it just frustrates me even more.

I'm only 19 and I went to the bar last night with one of my friends. I can make fake ID's though so I guess I'm used to it. xD

I drink socially. I've had many occasions where I ended up face down on some random lawn or front porch for the night due to my drunkeness. Every time I do this I end up being lazy and and wanting to do nothing for the next few days. With that being said, alcohol just makes me feel like a fat fuck whenever I drink a bit too much of it.
I really don't think people should be drinking it to get drunk though. Well, not often at least. Drinking often leads to people just becoming barbaric idiots. They do stupid things and can get a bad reputation from those things, too. Overall, I think people should be avoiding alcohol more than they currently do.
