i just want to know that how can i get access of victims pc
can i do it with RAT'S if yes then how if no then wich way i can do tha

I can't completely understand what you say.
- If you know the Ip of your victim, you can't get access to his PC. You only can Ddos his connection.
- He should execute something. Your Rat server for example.
Please, try to edit your thread, because i can't help you, if i don't understand what you say.
And as @Ex094 said, you can search.

1. This is against the rules??
2. You can exploit him with metasploit.
3. You can RAT him, you need to portforward before you use your RAT (cause it wont work, if you dont portforward your pc)
4. You can send him a keylogger.
5. if it is a smart guy, then you should better bind your .exe to an .png/.jpg/.gif./....

Let me give you some suggestions,after that,search the forum and google. If you do NOT have access to the person's computer,your options are as follow:
1- Find the following things
a-good Rat (darkcomet is widely used)
b-a good crypter for your rat.exe
c- a file joiner/binder
2- You can bind your rat.exe with any other file like jpg/mp3/gif/ect,note that the extension will be .exe (wich nobody like to click on)
a-How would you go about that .exe? Your options are as follow mate.
b- use an extension spoofer
c- use your brain,lets say you bind the rat.exe with a video,so you can save it with another executable extension,in this case of a video,you can save it the rat.exe + video as thesexvideo.scr (scr is an executable extension)
3- The following are executable extensions
a- .scr
b- .com
c-.pif
d-.ocx
e-.dll
f-.bat
g-.sfx
Now that you have an idea of the process search and learn mate,there are also rats in java,wich ill always have the extension.jar
What can you do with a .jar file? how about social engineering and send it out as
a- Cookie.jar
b- lucky.jar
c-money.jar ect.
Hope i helped many more people with your question,and if im violating the forum rules then you know what to do.
For the rat to work,you need to port forward the rat connecting port on your router and also include it as allowed on your firewall.

Does anyone have a link to the download for Dark comet? On the official website it lists all the versions and the File MD5's but there is no download link. All external downloads from 4shared etc. are riddled with backdoors and so on...
