Hello!
I'm really desperate... I have a second Facebook Profile, and there I have created a restaurant page for a business. The owner of that business, wanted to make him admin of that page, and after entering his email (which is linked to his profile), a message showed up saying that for security reasons, it signed me out. From that moment, when I try to log in, it keeps saying that someone else is using the profile, and I have to enter a code which was sent in my mobile number, which number doesn't exist anymore.
I have filled some forms in the help center, and for weeks I haven't seen any result. People keep liking this page and waiting for any update. I have created a second page from another profile which is identical to the first one but I really want to delete the first one.
I have added a guy who works at Oracle and Google Developer Group in Mumbai, he responded me that he will try to help me, but ever since he totally skims me over.
Do you have any solution? I don't know where else to look for this issue. The business owner isn't very happy for this. Why Facebook should do this? What I want is either take control of the first page or delete it.

And what do you want US to do about it? This is an issue with Facebook and has nothing to do with this forum.

Yeah I know. I just posted it, just in case someone has any resolution this, maybe someone was facing the same issue, and found a way to solve it. Or maybe someone has some "connections". I posted it under the general section if I'm not wrong, so ofc it has nothing to do with the forum.

There's not much more you can do than what you already did. Maybe retry sending those forms.

Try to contact them with a mail. Send a replica from your ID-card. Do you use your real name?

From what i read it looks like someone stole your account. Facebook has some security system if it detects that the account is being accessed from new locations. So who stole your account is either close to you or knows you well enough.
This might seem trivial but if he didn't change the mail you should be able to recover the password by mail. If he did change the mail, then there is not much you can do i believe. Writing the support a mail explaningthe situation and giving them as more infos as you can about your account (to prove you are the owner), would probably be the best idea in that case.
