Hello. I know that these kind of hosts are not common, but i also know there must be some out there. If anyone knows some offshore host that allows warez, hacking, porn, i would really appreciate it. Thanks

These are only Paid ones. and cannot be obtained for free. if you're interested i can give you some links.

Deep web could be the answer. There you can host anything, even child pornography.
Although Anonymous has done great job and put many of those websites down.
But if you want your site to be found with search engine the answer is already given.

Well im searching one for myself, when i find a few il make a list of them.. currently i am PMing the staff about it so it might take a while before i make the list of site which allow which.
