This is general question is occur in my mind.. :wacko:
From few days I am too much confuse and Totally addicted to HC..!!
Each and every minute i refresh the HackCommunity forum for checking new post and reply..!!
Now a days i left Fb..

It happens.
You know i was on another forum for years where i considered them more than my family then forum closed last year and we lost contacts.But forum started last year with different name and no body informed me.Today i came to know about its existence i was crushed and got depressed.Now why i am mentioning this?Well i just want you to keep all of us at a distance because once you consider more important and we all betray you, you will feel estranged and get depressed.

Yes I'm addicted because I'm a mod and I've got some responsibilities here that is to keep HC safe

Moderators have lot of responsibilities like control users, control post, controls spams, help to the users, etc, etc....
I am also the Admin.. I also have my own forum... so its difficult to control the forum... and without moderators its Impossible..
Admin Priority is too much high... Because he is The Real Boss...!!
whole tension of the forum on Admin but the Moderators are good so they can help the Admin to release the Tension..!!

Having been in administrator and mod positions, I can tell you hands down, that is pure B.S. The userbase will see mods in action. Admins work in the background and a lot of the time, their work is unappreciated. The work is doubled, nay, trippled for admins! So many restless nights, so much caffeine...
As for my addiction, slightly. I don't have as much free time as I would like but I definitely check in multiple times a day.
