Some of you know that last year i applied for the British Armed forces
heres my thread from last year

Well its come to the point where my activity on Hc is ridiculous it isnt the amount of hours that i would like to be spending here.
This is down to the fact that most of my time is spent at the gym or at army days out, however for those of you who have me on Facebook might be awake that on march 10th 2013 im going for whats known as basic training (PHASE 1) i will spend 23weeks on PHASE 1 back every 6 weeks, only for a small period of time which most of my time spent back home will be with family and not spent on websites.
So i very regrettable have to say goodbye to hc and all those who i have met and became friends with over the 3 years i have been here.
The job that i have in the army is known as Communications systems operator, which is a majority of ICT skills and being able to maintain severs for communications between soldiers.
Most of what i need to use in my job has been taught to me by HC.
over the years i have seen some wonderful talent by some truly outstanding people with bright futures in the IT business.
When i joined Hc i was mocked for telling people that i would one day be able to do outstanding things like programme in php and css ? or create programmes in VBS but just remember what ever people say about you its totally up to you what the outcome is, never let people put you down, follow your dreams what ever they may be.!

I am really sorry to hear that you are leaving, but I am glad that you get to go live your dream! I am very inspired by you. Anyways, goodbye and enjoy your life!

Don't worry, I know you're coming back. I have loads of friends who are in the army. They usually get back for like 3 ~ 4 months and then get back to their job again.
