North Korea Enters 'State of War' With South Korea - BreShiE - 03-30-2013
Reading up on this article, and Korea have officially declared war against South Korea!

However, few think the North would risk a full-blown war.
North and South Korea have technically been at war since the armed conflict between them ended in 1953, because an armistice was never turned into a peace treaty.

Pretty old news concerning the likes of South Korea. They have however become far more aggressive with the US and Western allies in the past few days than they have before.

The thing is, If NK send a nuke to SK they won't be able to stop it as they're too close together.
But NK don't have enough power to send Nukes to USA.
