it depends on the user if its going to be black hat as you can use rats for good purposeful reasons

Rats are very useful tools. i believe that was on of the motives of creating a hack community.
it all depends on the user that determines which hat it falls into.
i got a kitchen knife doesn't really mean it is only used in the kitchen
i got a pen doesn't mean it gonna be on paper on day, i might as well turn it to a lethal asset.
My saying is that it all depends on the user...

dc new legacy version can't make server... you have to use the version b4 that one......... pm me for the download link... i would also be making a thread on that and how to set it up also
