Our server is under DDoS attack past... more than 24 hours. Happy to hear that you don't feel it.
I can see the load time is increased time to time. Not too much though. The announcement is there just in-case. So people know what is going on =)

In the morning, it was rather maintenance of the server than DDoS.
To find out why the server is down, try pinging hackcommunity.com if it responds, its maintenance.
The maintenance should stop today =)
