Too be honest, from a true GFX point of view for a stand alone image it looks really refreshing. The font i couldn't say i could even get myself to look like that. And the background makes it that more cooler. Out of 10 its an 8.

I've seen a tutorial on exactly this. 6/10 - Sorry I don't find it very special, but the I really love the icey\cold look.

Its like the pepsi Ad. It made me felt thirsty and crave for icy drinks
.The background looks nicer than the word cool.It should be more like Ice but its not.
