What you aught do mate is get a hold of @bluedog.tar.gz and put in for the GFX Department (do we still have one?) or whomever heads that "division" for a position on the team, figuratively speaking.

that looks good, but i wouldnt use that much colors. at the upper one i would use just warm colors and at the second one just cold ones.

I've done many MANY digital artwork. with most i stick with the standard "rules" but with some i like it to be unique and different .
