Hi guys!

Great to see Sinisterly back up and running, and good to know that we're only waiting for the good ol' stuff back ^^

Anyways, I've been noticing people on here about whom I have no clue, and also old members returning.
For this reason, I thought it'd be nice with a small thread about the people of SL (whence the name) where one can introduce oneself shortly and briefly ^^

I'll go first, obviously, and I'm hoping someone will catch on Tongue

I'm Cressi, a proud Brit currently attending Uni. I mainly do Social Engineering, manipulation and psychology, but have been trying to learn a bit more about...well, computers and stuff Wink

I have little understanding of people who lack grammar, but I've started making exceptions to people online (at least here on SL) Tongue

Anyways, that's me, and you'll be seeing quite a bit of me if you stick around ^^

Hi, I`m sykerz. I studied computersystems, I kinda got bored, dropped out and now I`m working in fastfood restaraunt, spending most of my free time on vidyagames. I would like to learn more of programming since I left the school (where ofc it was all ''on plate'' for me). I love drawing and I want to learn more of it and also painting, graphic design but I`m so fucking lazy, I really almost never practice anymore. I am very creative person, (at least I was..) untill something killed my inspiration and now I have only ideas and 0 actions to make anything of it real.
I come from Latvia but I really want to live in Japan for few years in future (lol not a weeaboo, I just really love the culture there) and also moving for a few years to America.

When it comes to describing myself I usually fail by not mentioning most of my personality and writing lots off actually unnecessary things.

Ohayo gozaymos SL. Long time no see. I've missed ya pal.

I'm Losi. I'm a regular SL lurker, you can find me in most sections across SL. I'm most prominent in the Lounge, Anime and Mangoes, and PC hardware/gaming sub-sections. I was scared af when SL was down for the last week or so. I'm glad it's back, I'm waiting on my SP and post count to come back though. I guess I'm a still a "new" user but I try to be as active as possible. When a few core members decided to resign and/or leave, my posts started dropping because I lost the drive I once had. I hope to regain my post ratio back up to 9-10 posts per day. It seems like a lot of the OG members of SL are slowly dropping off, I hope they can rebound and come back. I'm a 16 year old in high school trying to find my own path in life. I've still got a lot of hurdles I need to vault over.

I'm 3SidedSquare, or 3SS, if it's too long for you. Piss poor college student, studying some bullshit in STEM. I write scripts and stuff occasionally, mostly in python. My "thing" is networks, decentralization, and anonymity. Relatively oldfag of SL (been around since it was called Anarchy Forums, and was from HF before that). I also have really fucking long hair for a dude.

I'm Asura. I am a student currently studying networking to be a network admin. I like to watch Anime but since enrollment, I don't have as much time. I log in to SL when I have time.

Ah, I also like to do bits of graphic arts but not as good in it.

I'm phyrrus9... Ancient to a lot of you guys. I am a hardcore C and ARM programmer, I do a lot more than that. I consider myself a language enthusiast. I <3 cryptography, and there isnt a project I havn't attempted.

I worked for the Chronic Dev team for a while, until it fell apart, when I went with posixninja to found OpenJailbreak. After the 6+ I said fuck Apple, and went into crypto on a whole new level.

I also have a 1994 Integra that I named Sn0wball.. I love that car, spend 3+ hours a day just playing around with/in it.

Known as Lord English or Schrodinger by the older peeps, I'm more commonly referred to as Mom now for obvious reasons.

I'm currently enlisted in the USAF, working at a pizzeria in the meantime until my ship date. I'm a college and high school drop out, school having been the worst possible route for me.

I get along with mostly the people from the Otaku group, especially MiS ( Again, probably obvious ). As a result I tend to prioritize them in conversation, so don't feel bad if you get upstaged by them.

I'm an aspiring writer, picked up drawing as a hobby, and often play multiplayer games when boredom hits hard enough ( League, Warframe, Hawken ).

I'm known as my real life peers as Debbie ( Downer ) due to rather philosophical speech that tends to be, more often than not, a bit stained with melancholy even if I don't mean it. In fact, I often speak with a smile on my face. As such, if I ever do talk with some people in voice, I hope you're not too sensitive.

Glad to meet the greenies. I'm going to pass out now.
