Rate my Instrumental - Adorapuff - 09-08-2014 I'm working on a tribute to FFHE https://soundcloud.com/adorapuff/wip There will be words over it soon Please rate x/10 and what I could do to improve This is my first time working with garageband, so I'm like a kid in a candyshop with all these cool features. RE: Rate my Instrumental - ProfessorChill - 09-08-2014 5/10 Starting was amazing but then you kinda dragged off into a different rhythm entirely, not only at the starting but through multiple parts of the song. Try to stick with one beat/rhythm, other than that it sounded pretty great! There are loads, aren't there? ^^ I'd rate it 6/10, as it's rather well composed, but you could've worked a bit more on the levels and using less features ^^ RE: Rate my Instrumental - egrus - 09-08-2014 7/10 kinda has that 80's sound mixed with a german techno RE: Rate my Instrumental - 3SidedSquare - 09-08-2014 (09-08-2014, 09:08 AM)ProfessorChill Wrote: Started amazing but then you kinda dragged off into a different rhythm entirely, not only at the starting but through multiple parts of the song. The pianio might have been nice on its own, same with the electronic, but don't give up on one entirely halfway though the song. RE: Rate my Instrumental - Illuminaughty - 09-08-2014 Kinda sounds like 4 instrumentals put into 1. 5/10 RE: Rate my Instrumental - Adorapuff - 09-08-2014 I'm getting rid of the piano and doing all electric. Make sure not to only use presets, try out Z3ta+ by cakewalk, it's quite the software for dance synths [additive synths] Or try NI Massive for subtractive synths [not sure what it's for yet.] RE: Rate my Instrumental - Nyx - 09-09-2014 5/10 like Prof.Chill. You started very strong but it got too deep and heavy for me.
