Any VPN is good if you're going to use it for just a general purposes.
But if you're going to be hacking on it, you need to get a logless VPN.

Never said he did mention it. I was just helping him with that because obviously he doesn't know about VPNs, so I'd rather have him really protected instead of thinking he is when he's not.

Look at you, acting like your the smartest here. Do you feel proud? He asked for non hacking purposes, therefor I directed him to free tools to help him with this, not stuff that's overpriced for what he is doing.
