Cops Want To Force Boy To Take Picture Of Erect Penis - Oni - 07-11-2014 While browsing Nationstates, I came across a post about this... At first I didn't believe the story was real, but apparently it is. I can't believe they are charging a 17 year old for possession/manufacturing of child pornography. Not only that, but the police took a picture of his penis for evidence, and they want another of it erect. Completely immoral, if you ask me. Read below, watch the video, and let me know what you guys think. Quote:A 17 year-old Virginia teenager who is under investigation for sending a consensual sext to his 15-year-old girlfriend may be forced to have an erection in front of police as evidence in the case. Source: ThinkProgress RE: Cops Want To Force Boy To Take Picture Of Erect Penis - MiS - 07-11-2014 There's so much immorally wrong with this story, I don't even know where to start. RE: Cops Want To Force Boy To Take Picture Of Erect Penis - Equinox - 07-11-2014 I just feel like the police are over-reacting to this whole thing. Child porn happens everyday, people do and don't get caught. Whether they did or didn't do it, there's no reason for the boy to be charged, yet his girlfriend who did the exact same thing gets no charge at all. I hear a lot of people who bring up the constitution, that we are all created equal, blah blah blah. What people don't realize is that we put black people to slave, which built our country. And now the boy in this case isn't as equal as the girl, and is going through much more than what he should. As the lady said, they should have a talk, but how I see it, they shouldn't talk. The boy should have some jail time, but not be put onto the sex offender list, not even momentarily. From that, he will learn. You learn from your mistakes. Putting people in jail doesn't make them necessarily learn anything. If I was someone who is in jail right this moment, I would try and figure out what I did wrong, and go back and do it again. It's human nature, criminals do it too, we don't learn unless we get hurt physically or emotionally to such a degree that we won't do such actions again. I'm not saying he is a criminal, what I'm saying is, this won't teach him anything. This is just putting him through torture thinking it will teach him a lesson. And you people may not see it as torture, but think about it. He just got his entire life ruined by the police, for something millions of people have done. Now I can't say everything about what is right, wrong, etc. because I've never sent anyone a picture of me in the nude, not even shirtless. So that's all I have to say about the topic. RE: Cops Want To Force Boy To Take Picture Of Erect Penis - Illuminati - 07-11-2014 Nope I don't believe this fuck the police lol I don't feel bad about killing cops in the streets now. I'd ban you for this post, except I laughed. Next time you post like this, you will get you a ban. RE: Cops Want To Force Boy To Take Picture Of Erect Penis - cr33pyguy - 07-11-2014 So what, an underage boy has some nudes of an underage girl. I mean, if he distributed them, you can have him jailed and added to the sex offender list, but did he? Because if he didn't. and just possessed the photos, what the hell? I mean, there are millions of other people teens with nude pictures of their girlfriends, and are they getting charged? Why waste your time on a kid who had nudes of his girlfriend. And based on the article, which clearly states his girlfriend, instead of his ex-girlfriend for example, so they're still together, and apparently the girl isn't even bothered? I didn't do too much research, but I didn't see anything about an upset girlfriend, or them charging him. Please correct me if I'm wrong. RE: Cops Want To Force Boy To Take Picture Of Erect Penis - NBA - 07-11-2014 Wow, this shit is so fucked up. Why isn't the girl getting charges and only the guy? This shit makes me angry, like femenists are like 'We want equality" yet they won't do shit for this dude or they won't be like "The girl should go to jail too" etc. RE: Cops Want To Force Boy To Take Picture Of Erect Penis - lux - 07-11-2014 Note to self: do not send/revive nudes to/from the USA. Slightly on topic; there is a 'Revenge Porn' law in the UK. Where if you post explicit footage or images of your ex partner online, you can take jail time. RE: Cops Want To Force Boy To Take Picture Of Erect Penis - Shebang - 07-11-2014 How can he be facing prison time if he can't be prosecuted as an adult yet? RE: Cops Want To Force Boy To Take Picture Of Erect Penis - Customer - 07-11-2014 Welp, shit. My thoughts are basically @MiS's too. |
