My forum avatar won't change...every time I remove the old one and upload a new one it refreshes back to my profile but the old one is still there, even if I totally remove it and upload a totally different image, the last previous avatar shows up...
I've tried multiple file extensions such as png and jpeg, nothing's working...
I've also tried every trick in the book...from restarting my browser, logging out and back in, and also clearing my cache. Nothing works.

Nope, went back to my previous avatar (the Anonymous mask), FYI: I'm trying to upload this picture, it's 48x48 and under 75kb so it should work.

How about you calm down, a thread was perfectly necessary for this. Also, if a Staff would rather me PM them about this, they would've told me and closed the thread, not you.
And it's not the picture because like I said, I've tried probably 10 or 15 different pictures, ranging from .bmp, jpeg or png.
@Customer - I'll try a different browser, but I've never had this problem before....using chrome.
Edit: Just tried in Firefox, image is still the same as in chrome.

Tried restarting your computer or router? I don't really know what would be the problem, but if it persists I will contact Oni about it ASAP.

This happened once before to Scrhodinger. Though it's only a few select people.

Yeah... it's a rare issue. The main fix has been for me to change the user's avatar manually. Give me a an Imgur link to the avatar you want it set to, and I'll do it. That being said, other people are reporting that they have seen your avatar, so I don't know...
