Summer and shit - Losi - 05-31-2014
As a high school student, im proud of saying its officially summer for me! Now I have lots more time for lewd things, video games and anime. I know some people are still in school, so keep trucking through those finals. All them peeps with jobs, enjoy the nice weather and less high school traffic. Im kinda bored so i would like to know what you guys on SL are planning to do this summer?

First year of university is over for me. Could have probably ended better, but it was alright. @Jiggly will be spending a little over a month at my house. Will be quite fun. We're planning on doing some traveling and stuff. In August I'm planning on attending a metal festival as well.

I have a friend taking summer classes. It must suck.
The only thing I don't really like about it is that since it's compacted within summer vacation, the classes are squeezed into a week and it feels like high school again - I'll have to attend Monday through Thursday every week. On the flip side, I go in the afternoon and it only lasts 3 hours a day.
I've always wanted to go traveling with friends, but we never had the funds to do it.

By traveling, I meant in state, and it's mainly to hotels. That being said, we're dating, so it's not the same. We're going places to spend time with each other.

That sounds like something special and really romantic. Hopefully, you guys will find something amazing, figuratively and literally, during your trip.
In regards to traveling, my group really can't even travel out of state because none of us even have jobs - we're still busy finishing schooling or college. I was thinking of a plan to travel around Southern California, but that kind of got ruined when me and another friend signed up for summer classes.

I'm planning on working over the summer as well. However, that means that I'll be staying with my girlfriend here, rather than moving, so I think it'll be fun. Though first I have to get the job... Yes, a specific one.
I'm currently doing an internship - we call it work experience (last four weeks of school we work at a company) - and I'd like to have that job for the summer as well. For anyone interested I'm being a (junior) webmaster for a company... I know my web stuff so I'm being hopeful. Any tips from you guys?

A little off-topic, but may I ask, what are you studying at Uni? Just curious.

Welp..everyone at the school I went to finished like a week ago, but I'm home-schooled and my dickbag school put me in the wrong class when I was in there in my second year (They put me in the average class when I had higher results than people I knew in the higher classes, so I was just redoing all of the things I already learnt for a year) and so I ended up kinda behind, I mean I could still probably get decent grades, but decent isn't good enough for me, so I'm gonna be working for another year and taking my exams later than everyone else. I don't really follow the school holidays very strictly though, I'm still going to be doing a lot of work whilst everyone else is having their summer holidays, but it won't be in a regular routine of hours every day, because fuck it, it's the holidays, but I'll still be doing quite a lot of hours most days, including weekends.
