What's your biggest ever regret in life? What have you learned from that particular experience?

My biggest regret is wasting so much energy on meaningless, destructive relationships.

The main thing I learned from them is that trust is a gift. I don't give this present to everyone.

I also know how to spot someone easily now who's intent toward me is poor.
