Member of the Month - Hey - 12-24-2013
The end of December is coming up and there are some fairly active members, maybe take this under consideration as maybe an award or an acknowledgement of some sort.

Yeah this is a good idea, have a poll at the end of every month.

I like this idea but it should be based off post count or amount of awards. And I think the staff should be the only ones to pick maybe

Not post count because you can have post whores who don't contribute anything it should be poll based, best user chosen by the users as sadly staff could be biast.

But if it is by users we need it to be totally anonymous so people won't just look and the results and then vote

This idea has potential, but could be exploited.
The nominees should have special requirements in order to qualify, not just a popularity vote.

You say that whilst being one of the top posters. That would make it too easy for people to get such an award. They should have to be very active and make some real contributions.

I think this could be a good idea. He could create a custom userbar "MOTM" and/or an award.
The winner should be chosen by Dissocation and/or the staff. It would probably be too difficult to choose by himself, so I'd likely say that the staff should have a private poll.
