Hacking eBooks - I Challenge YOU To Read At Least One! - BreShiE - 02-10-2014

Yes, that's right, I said it. Here are a few eBooks that will teach you some hacking techniques. My challenge to you, the reader, is to read at least one of these books by next sunday and show me what you have learned. This is in a bid to get this section more active as it seems to be dieing.

Security is a big part of my life and is all I really care about on the internet, so if you're interested in it too, and not just because you want to hex the gibsons then come on a learning curve with me.

Let's get the security section active again!

Ugh I bought the the web application hackers handbook and all it shows you is how to use programs to hack websites lol. Doesn't teach you how to do it manually, I regret spending my money on it.

I have actually bought that book as well,

I can assure you that you won't be disappointed.

It's detailed as fuck, here are all of the things you'll learn (In the programming section, you'll learn C)

Programming
Exploitation
Networking
Shellcode
Countermeasures
Cryptology

It's truly an advanced book
If you're not willing to take the time to read the 400+ pages, don't get it

I read quickly. I'm bouncing back and forth between doing entertainment or programming as a career, so I suppose I could give it a go.

I could chip in a little bit.
I have two related books on my computer:
- A beginner's guide to hacking computer systems
- Grey Hat Hacking: The Ethical Hacker's Handbook

Tell me if you want me to upload them.
