Tabs or Spaces? - BreShiE - 01-30-2014

An age old question, as old as programming itself. Which do you prefer to use when programming, tabs or spaces?

I personally prefer spaces, even though I'm used to using tabs. I need to get out of that habit.

I prefer tabs, it's far quicker to hit the tab key than it is to press space four times.

Can't fucking stand tabs, I need absolute control over the appearance of my work, and that can't only be achieved with spaces and a monospaced font.

Tabs being anywhere between two and eight spaces, depending on where you look at it? HAHAHA, no. Fuck you.

Yeah, I feel the same. I'm a perfectionist, I need my code to look good! However I just tab because I'm lazy.

I use tabs for mine because in my program, everything is the same size everywhere. Which can make code stacked, but tabs look fine.

I go for tabs. Always. keeps your code nice and organised in levels.
easy to read for you and if commented for others.

I've used tabs since the start. I suppose I should start using spaces though as people say it's neater. Meh, we'll see.
