This is good.
But After observing the Original render i can see only a few changes like cropping and some lightings etc.
Try to make some few more changes, like adding more layers etc.

Well, then your observation if false. As this signature contains around 10-12 overlayed layers above the actual render. The background is also made from the render, it has also not been cropped, but rather resized. Adding more layers would be overkill, as it would've looked messy. ( Most likely, don't you think? ) It also contains several filters, flares, and a few fractals.

I am not talking about the background.
I know you made the background and it is good, but what about making some changes in the render ?
Don't make it messy but some more changes like changes with color etc.

The color of the render have been changed, several spots of the render have been reformed. Not to mention that several spots was removed. ( You can try to extract the HEX color code from the original render and from the tag to see the difference if you wish. ) Also, there is no need to change teh color of this render at all, as its already good. Which is why I said it would be overkill, you are asking me to do something that isn't even needed and would most likely ruin the overall quality.
