Hey,

This is my first attempt at something like this.

I got the idea from Insanity's sig but found a tutorial online.

It looks okay, though it kinda looks like it flicker between a normal and overlay..

It looks like it goes from:

Normal > Normal with an overlay > Normal

It looks like it goes from:

Normal > Normal with an overlay > Normal

It is just normal - blur - normal

I know you just used Motion Blur, but the way you used it. It looks like the image isn't getting blurred at all..

Ah yeh, I know what you mean with the one in my sig I think I kinda removed the blured layers when I saved:p

But y'know.
