I would like to get the $100 back I spent on DZ. They were meant for DZ only, if I wanted to spent them here, I would have done that.

No he doesn't the un-spoken agreement you agreed to when you bought anything on DZ was between you and Paradox. Oni has nothing to do with, nor does he have to pay you back and he certainly doesn't have to without any type of proof.
