It's only a matter of time before forums like Raid are seized. They allow highly illegal activity on their forum, and they don't seem to care how loud they are about it. The administrators know this, but they still operate.
I guess the power trip they get is worth all the fines and prison time.

About RF: I start using RF when they got a few databases that had my information inside. Download them to test the data and i even upgrade. Then my account was banned. Created a new profile with new email and i was sharing some logs (collected emails and profiles from forms), and 2 small apps to get credits to exchange for databases.

Apparently, the admin of RF was only 14 years of age when he first launched the site.
If this happened back then, I wonder how he'd be charged as a minor.

RF was my go to for a long time but the quality of their leaks noticeably decreased in the months leading up to their closure

It's crazy they got smoked in the way they did even if it was so blatant, weird to see these little bastions of for sure illegal (some of it awful shit) getting boarded up and the internet narrowed down

Idk if it's narrowed down, or if people are just moving in different places/circles. The number of internet users and data moving around is only increasing as more regions have access to it, and more people are born of the generations who grow up using it. I personally think they're never going to shut down the dodgy people online - Those people will just find a new home online.
