This readme contains an URL with a sign-in form, that seems to be the phishing also the explanation inside readme is really trash.

"If you get error of "error establishing communication with server", means it's valid account..." LOL

The view when enter to website:

When click the button Create New Account, pop this message :
Edit: I forgot to mention that message is an image not plain text.

It sends to HTTP URL, means not secure and when you complete inputs your data is unencrypted Evil

Evidence 2: Videos are useless, lack of information, he doesn't show full and jumps to another step, process of cracking is incomplete. None of those checkers.exe work. I suggest to not waste your time downloading this guide but is up to you.

The only thing that works are the keys inside the folder VPN PREMIUM, contains HMA VPN keys, some of them are useful.

I haven't cracked PSN for last 1-2 months so really don't know if this is still working or not. The checkers are obviously not mine and may be backdated thus it may have stopped working.As far as I remember the videos are just fine. It isn't that useless as you say. I didn't make them, the credits are given inside so if you need any help contact them. And ofc these are not secure you can clearly see it in the scan.
