Why is it so wrong to listen to Lil Wayne? - wackerboo - 06-13-2013
He gets a lot of hate, and i understand he's not the most "lyrically talented" artist that ever lived. But he's got some unique characteristics. Yeah he raps about money, weed, and women, but he has this style about him that always keeps me coming back (And a lot of you too, lets face it.. He's big for a reason) So why does he get all of this hate, especially when 2Chainz is way worse (IMO) and he gets called out way less.

It isn't so wrong to listen to Lil Wayne, people just don't think the same way as others. Now this may just be me but I listen to a lot of my music because I can relate to it and I get put in a good mood when it's playing.

I agree 100%, it just seems as if he gets a lot of hate that other rappers avoid, even though the other rapper are less original and creative. I guess it's just because he's so big.

It's just our society stereotyping. You can listen to whatever you want to, it's you that has to listen to him and not others so why should they care?
I don't mind some of his songs, but I wouldn't listen to him personally. It's all personal preference.
