When its come to Ranked Members , i dont see any benefits here  , @Oni.

Now Just  Look This Signature of Sinister,unable to add one more because of less space.

I am ranked member there and look the benefits.

I can agree that maybe we could benefit from a larger signature size, but its a bit harsh to say you’re unhappy with the forum because of it? I don’t even see the immediate need to have that much sig space, no one is even selling sig space here.
If we had more activity and people selling sig space I could see how that’d be beneficial. But for now its not required and not really worth being that upset over it.

i am talking about only for ranked members here , not everyone get such things.

Stop citing shitty forums when you make a suggestion (i.e. ones that start with N or C). Nobody wants to scroll through more than 500px of signature, much less ads.

If you need advertising, we sell that. Signatures are meant to be a way of signing your post or showing your identity, not advertising 3 different websites.

Yeah, I'm quite content with the limits on forum signatures personally. I'm also pretty against using a signature as a place to advertise to begin with.

So counter suggestion for @Oni, I think the ruling on signatures should be expanded to not allow any form of advertisements.
There's a forum for advertisements, and I did not pay for the Gold rank to get rid of ads just to see @fsociety's adverts in their signature (or any other user for that matter).

Spoiler: Current Signature Rules
Signature images may not be larger than 650x200 pixels and avatars may not be more than 125x125 pixels. You may not advertise your own website, channel, or blog here either.


Anyways, I digress. The limits on signatures are quite reasonable as they, and I think at some point or another it just becomes abuse of the signature functionality.

By the way they also dont allow multiple signature , these are only for high ranked members benefits , that call smart move to increasing earning of admin as well contributor he also happy , admin also happy . but i dont know why dont you upgrading ...

Upgrade Member should get Some Benefit .

they dont allow is so that you cant have like 3-5 pictures in your signature.
or a wall of text. also because larger pictures have more signatures in its html link
so it would be quite annoying with everyone having A4-sized signature pictures and all that, wouldnt it?
also, congrats, you dont like the forum, what a great way to tell everyone who tries to make it a place worth living

It seems like all you ever do is bitch and moan about how we do things here, citing other forums when you do. "X forum does it this way." Is annoying and comes off as if you are trying to advertise those forums. While we dont want to discourage suggestions as some good ideas have come from this section, bear in mind most of the time there is a VERY GOOD reason that we do things the way we do here.
