So it Finally Revealed who was behind the twitter attack , i am actually surprised with his age dammm 17 , he use social engineering on twitter employee to gain access to the internal tools .

I'm not surprised it was a bunch of teenagers. I'd say it was a shame they were caught, but they knew what they were risking. The sentences are far too long for this sort of thing, though.

He probably bragged about his attacks, that ultimately led to his arrest.
