You will need a debugger to run the application with the patched file, the application just crashes for no reason and i coudn't troubleshoot the error :/ (i'd recommend using the dnSpy debugger)

well autocad are used by large companies, they have the money to buy those kind of apps

I found a chinese site offering a guide to crack that. But I personally just found it too confusing that I gave up.

This cracking method, Involves an offline phone activation code that's generated by the keygen against the request code. For this to work, you must be disconnected from the net. Corel PaintShop Pro, uses a similar procedure with the CORE (Challenge Of Reverse Engineering) keygen.
