Canadian Police Take Down Woman in Cosplay - Jiggly - 05-07-2020
A Canadian restaurant, named Coco Vanilla Galactic Cantina, was celebrating Star Wars day and promoting their restaurant. One of their staff members, a 19 year old girl, was dressed as a Storm Trooper, plastic plasma gun in hand, parading in front of the restaurant.

It has been reported that the Lethbridge police force in Alberta received two 911 calls about a person in a storm trooper costume with a weapon outside the restaurant. Police showed up on scene, with their own guns in hand, and tell the teenager to throw the gun away and get on her knees, then lay on the ground. While the teen initially followed orders and threw the gun to the ground, she struggled to comply with getting on her knees/to the ground, on account of the costume she was wearing (which she explained back to the officers). The restaurant owner also appears to tell the officer's what was going on, and is ordered to stay away.
The result: The teen is tackled down after she manages to kneel, and ends up with a bloody nose. No charges were filed.

Absolutely ridiculous.
If the police applied themselves In that manner with real offenders, we'd be living In a safer environment.
