I completely overlooked this thread.

Oni's efforts are well and truly appreciated on my end too. I know what It's like to run a board on this scale, and It's not easy maintaining It on the same level of operability on a consistent basis.

Yes, he certainly generates a lot of time and effort toward this board and I "sort of" know how he feels.

From the moment I log on, I check "every new post" to make sure It's compliant with the rules. This takes anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour- depending on content, activity and action taken. Moving threads predominantly takes up most of my time. I always make sure to reply when I move threads, just to make the OP aware that It belongs In the forum of where It's moved.
